Pennsylvania Therapy from PA Counseling Co-op

Take Control of Your Mental Health

At the PA Counseling Co-op, our mission is to improve mental health care by providing equity, autonomy, and financial freedom for both clients and clinicians. We believe that every person deserves access to high-quality, person-centered mental health care, and we're committed to making that a reality.

At the PA Counseling Co-op, we believe that the therapeutic alliance is the key to effective treatment. That's why we prioritize building strong, collaborative relationships with our clients, and why we offer a range of evidence-based therapies that are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you prefer a more traditional talk therapy approach or a more experiential therapy like EMDR, we have the skills and expertise to help.

We also understand that access to mental health care is a challenge for many people, which is why we offer telehealth therapy sessions. With telehealth, you can receive high-quality therapy from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about transportation, scheduling, or other barriers to care. Our secure online platform makes it easy to connect with your therapist, no matter where you are.

If you're looking for a mental health provider who will truly listen to you, who will prioritize your needs and goals, and who will support you in your journey to healing, the PA Counseling Co-op is here for you. Contact us today to learn more about our services or to schedule an appointment. Together, we can create a better future for mental health care.

What is a Worker-Cooperative?

We're a worker cooperative, which means that our clinicians are co-owners of the practice and have a voice in how it's run. This structure allows us to prioritize the needs of both our clients and our clinicians, and to create a supportive and empowering work environment.

A worker-cooperative is an entirely employee-owned and managed business, which means your provider has complete control of their own practice. Profits are not diverted to wealthy investors or corporate executives, and the savings from this model are used for the benefit of the providers and patients!

How Does This Affect My Care?

As our clinicians have total autonomy, they are free to pursue whatever policies they choose rather than having to work within top-down constraints driven by corporate interests. This allows them greater flexibility in scheduling, policies, and treatment direction, ensuring care is directed solely by those who matter most: the provider and you!
