If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to turn, you’re not alone. So much of being human involves longing for closeness and understanding, and therapy can be a place to find your way back to both.

As your therapist, my goal is to help you feel free from judgment and grounded in the possibility of real change. I work from an experiential and attachment-based approach, helping you not only understand what’s happening but experience new ways of relating to yourself and others.

As a queer, biracial, and neurodivergent therapist, my work is rooted in lived experience and grounded in compassion. I offer individual therapy and couples therapy for adults, including straight, queer, and non-monogamous partners. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and relationship distress.

I’m a trained Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, currently pursuing certification. EFT is a research-based and highly effective model that helps partners identify and shift the negative patterns that create distance and disconnection. It helps couples build emotional safety, improve communication, and reconnect with each other in deeper, more meaningful ways.

*A note to those seeking couples therapy

While I’m in-network with most major insurance companies, most plans don’t cover couples therapy, as this work focuses on the relationship itself rather than one partner’s diagnosis. Working privately allows us to stay centered on your relationship’s health and growth, not on pathology or billing codes.

Reaching out for support takes courage. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your emotions, heal from past pain, and move toward relationships and a life that feels more whole, connected, and alive.
