Fall Expressive Arts Group: A Season of Self-Discover

Join Gabrielle Dietrich for a four-month expressive arts group designed to create space for reflection, self-expression, and intentional living. Through creative practices like collage, found poetry, sigil-making, and vision boards, we’ll explore where we are, what wants to be expressed, what we want to cultivate, and where we want to go.
No artistic experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to create. Each session will include grounding, creative exploration, and optional reflection/sharing in a supportive, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming space.
October–January | First Monday of each month | 6:00–7:30 PM
