Expressive Art Therapy Group
This expressive arts therapy group offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you. Through a blend of creative modalities—drawing, painting, sculpting, journaling, poetry, movement, collage, and more—you’ll be invited into a therapeutic process that emphasizes exploration rather than outcome.
This is not an art class. There are no grades, expectations, or judgments.
No prior artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to engage with the creative process as a pathway to insight, expression, and healing.
Minors must attend with an adult.
