Erica Panella, LMFT
Hello! I'm Erica Panella, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. As a person in long-term recovery, I understand the courage it takes to pursue healing and meaningful change. My lived experience, combined with specialized clinical training, allows me to approach therapy with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each person's unique story.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they discover their resilience and capacity for growth. Every day, I have the privilege of witnessing stories of strength, healing, and transformation. During life's most difficult moments, it can feel impossible to access the inner resources needed to move forward. My goal is to meet you wherever you are in your journey, providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where we can explore new perspectives, build upon your existing strengths, and create a path that aligns with your values and goals.
A significant focus of my practice is helping individuals and families heal through grief and loss. As a Certified Grief Recovery Method® Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute, I recognize that grief extends far beyond the death of a loved one. Loss can result from changes in relationships, addiction, divorce, trauma, illness, life transitions, and many other experiences. Unresolved grief can leave us feeling emotionally stuck, preventing us from finding completion and moving forward. My goal is to compassionately guide clients through the Grief Recovery Method, helping them process unresolved emotions, find emotional completion, and experience greater freedom, hope, and connection in their lives.
I believe healing occurs through connection, curiosity, and hope. Together, we will work to strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward a life that feels more connected, fulfilling, and authentic.
