I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience supporting high-achieving professionals, executives, and individuals in demanding roles. I specialize in addressing anxiety, stress management, ADHD, burnout, trauma, executive functioning, and work-life balance challenges.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I aim to help clients effectively face life's pressure, enhance emotional regulation, and create clarity as well as alignment between personal values and professional roles. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient, community organizations, and high-stress environments such as correctional facilities. Previously, I served as a Civil Affairs Specialist Paratrooper in the U.S. Army, where I gained valuable skills in leadership, resilience, and cross-cultural communication.

Outside of my clinical practice, I value balance and connection in daily life. I enjoy traveling and spending time in nature.  I have two dogs and one cat, all of which are senior animals. These personal interests reflect my commitment to grounding, maintaining a positive perspective, and leading a well-rounded life, or at least trying to.  As many of us know, it’s a daily effort.  I hope to work with you in the future and feel grateful to potentially be a part of your journey.
