Hello! I’m Gabrielle Dietrich, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I believe therapy can be a powerful step toward healing, self-understanding, and building more fulfilling relationships. It’s a privilege to connect with individuals who courageously seek support, and I’m committed to meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

I prioritize creating a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered, supported, and truly heard. My background includes trauma-informed work with survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual violence, and intimate partner violence, as well as family work using Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy to explore how systems and relationships shape wellbeing. I’ve also worked in school settings, supporting students and caregivers, and have experience working with PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, and anxiety.

My practice is holistic and client-centered, and I enjoy collaborating with clients to identify approaches that best fit their needs and goals. I draw from a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic and Expressive Arts Therapy. I am deeply committed to social justice and providing inclusive, anti-oppressive care, and I proudly work with LGBTQIA+ clients. Additionally, I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach, honoring diverse ways of thinking, learning, and being.
